A love story
Once upon a time, there was an island where all the feelings lived; Happiness, Sadness, Knowledge, and all the others, including Love. One day it was announced to the feelings that the island would sink, so all repaired their boats and left.
Love wanted to persevere until the last possible moment. When the island was almost sinking, Love decided to ask for help. Richness was passing by Love in a grand boat. Love said “Richness, can you take me with you?” Richness answered, “No, I can’t. There is a lot of silver in my boat. There is no place here for you.”
Love decided to ask Vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel. “Vanity, please help me!” “I can’t help you Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat,” Vanity answered.
Sadness was close by so Love asked for help, “Sadness, let me go with you.” “Oh….Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself.”
Happiness passed by Love too, but she was so happy that she did not even hear when Love called her!
Suddenly there was a voice, “Come Love, I will take you.” It was an elder. Love felt so blessed and overjoyed that he even forgot to ask the elder his name. When they arrived at dry land, the elder went his own way.
Love realizing how much he owed the elder, asked Knowledge, another elder. “Who helped me?” “It was Time,” Knowledge answered. “Time?” asked Love. “But why did Time help me?” Knowledge smiled with deep wisdom and answered, “Because, only Time is capable of understanding how great Love is.”

HR in heaven........
One day while walking down the street a highly successful Human Resources Manager was tragically hit by a bus and she died. Her soul arrived up in heaven where she was met at the Gates by god himself.
"Welcome to Heaven," said god. "Before you get settled in though, it seems we have a problem. You see, strangely enough, we've never once had a Human Resources Manager make it this far and we're not really sure what to do with you."
"No problem, just let me in," said the woman.
"Well, I'd like to, but I have higher orders. What we're going to do is let you have a day in Hell and a day in Heaven and then you can choose whichever one you want to spend an eternity in."
"Actually, I think I've made up my mind, I prefer to stay in Heaven", said the woman
"Sorry, we have rules..."
And with that God put the executive in an elevator and it went down-down-down to hell.
The doors opened and she found herself stepping out onto the putting green of a beautiful golf course. In the distance was a country club and standing in front of her were all her friends - fellow executives that she had worked with and they were well dressed in evening gowns and cheering for her. They ran up and kissed her on both cheeks and they talked about old times. They played an excellent round of golf and at night went to the country club where she enjoyed an excellent steak and a great dinner.
She met the Devil who was actually a really nice guy (kind of cute) and she had a great time telling jokes and dancing. She was having such a good time that before she knew it, it was time to leave. Everybody shook her hand and waved goodbye as she got on the elevator.
The elevator went up-up-up and opened back up at the Pearly Gates and found God waiting for her.
"Now it's time to spend a day in heaven," he said. So she spent the next 24 hours lounging around on clouds and playing the harp and singing. She had great time and before she knew it her 24 hours were up and God came and got her.
"So, you've spent a day in hell and you've spent a day in heaven. Now you must choose your eternity,"
The woman paused for a second and then replied, "Well, I never thought I'd say this, I mean, Heaven has been really great and all, but I think I had a better time in Hell."
So God escorted her to the elevator and again she went down-down-down back to Hell.
When the doors of the elevator opened she found herself standing in a desolate wasteland covered in garbage and filth. She saw her friends were dressed in rags and were picking up the garbage and putting it in sacks.
The Devil came up to her and put his arm around her.
"I don't understand," stammered the woman, "yesterday I was here and there was a golf course and a country club and we ate awesome dinner and we danced and had a great time. Now all there is a wasteland of garbage and all my friends look miserable."
The Devil looked at her smiled and said ... ... ....... .... .... .... ....

Vision
There was a millionaire who was bothered by severe eye pain.
He consulted so many physicians and was getting his treatment done. He did not stop consulting galaxy of medical experts; he consumed heavy loads of drugs and underwent hundreds of injections.
But the ache persisted with great vigour than before. At last a monk who has supposed to be an expert in! Treating such patients was called for by the millionaire.
The monk understood his problem and said that for sometime he should concentrate only on green colours and not to fall his eyes on any other colours.
The millionaire got together a group of painters and purchased barrels of green color and directed that every object his eye was likely to fall to be painted in green colour just as the monk had directed.
When the monk came to visit him after few days, the millionaire's servants ran with buckets of green paints and poured on him since he was in red dress, lest their master not see any other colour and his eye ache would come back.
Hearing this monk laughed said "If only you had purchased a pair of green spectacles, worth just a few rupees, you could have saved these walls and trees and pots and all other articles and also could have saved a large share of his fortune.
Moral : You cannot paint the world green." Let us change our vision and the world will appear accordingly. It is foolish to shape the world, let us shape ourselves first. Lets change our vision..!!
Think simple, Live simple...

I already won half the battle without any (my) efforts.!!!
Do read, if you are not under pressure of work; free from confusion with daily happenings and cherish back.
Every day, I reach office with full of spirits and zeal. At the main entrance, security with a confusion pose says “Please wear your ID, sir” and I give a smile to that lady. When I reach my desk, I need to say a forced Hai to the team member who sits beside me. The moment when the clock shows 12:00 we have a daily standup call, so I and my partner will attend this meeting with coffee. The standup will go in National language which sometimes I don’t get exactly what the conversation is? And I laugh myself and I speak in English if it is my turn. It’s (almost) done, for the day. I try to ping some of my friends, hardly most of the replies saying “no toil”, some with red indicators (busy), away and least offline. My Lead dings a question in communicator and will say find the loophole in the Mantis: 123456. I as a very good compiler easily or with some effort will find the root cause and dings it back with solution. Now It’s almost snacks time but I eat paratha with chicken gravy and one snikers, I forgot to have my lunch. In the cafeteria One of my friends, chalo we’ll play Table Tennis and that continues up to the sun set out. Again I will return to my desk and try to reply all the mails with precedence. Meanwhile I keep some time to solve the upper portion of Rubik’s cube… I fail, only able to finish two floors of it. Now its 8:00PM, with humming music and by touching the cool breeze, I’ll go to my living room on foot(very near). So many thoughts flickering in my mind, one simple Question everyday what I did for the day…!!! A smile, hai, coffee, code change, taste of chicken and a play. Yoo, man I’m happy, I’m thinking that I can do something more than this… but what???
Let’s go back to the flashback… I just done with my SSC, stood school first and thinking which track to choose?? MPC or BiPC, suddenly my elder sister came and telling ki arey BiPC teeskonnavo Kappani Koyyalsi vastadi (if you come to BiPC, you need to tackle with the lives of Frogs and all)… so I scared and I took MPC with no Idea… (May be wrong/right decision). When I done with Intermediate I was applaud as one of the toppers. Again thinking which track to choose?? CA or Engineering, I got 3rd rank in state level talent test conducted by Master Minds -CA academy and I got 1963 rank in Eamcet. Now with supervision my elder brother said, go with ECE in a good college so that you can have opportunities towards Core and IT. One of my father’s friends suggested, go with this college XXXX… I took Electrical… (May be wrong/right decision). When I done with Engineering, JayahOO last bench boys…. No job, No responsibilities.
After few trials, I got two opportunities 1. MphasiS (with my talent) 2. Oracle (with referral)…. At this moment my father asked me, where you want to go… I said with no hesitation MphasiS because I won it with my skill. If you see the life in IT sector, it is near to what a mentioned in very first piece. I feel my life is monotonous in these days. I expect some change, so I started travelling and reading books. My decisions are always wrong in my real life and I can’t stand without proper vision on particular thing whether it may be the work what I’m doing or the thing which I’m going to do or a game which I play or anything. Once I’m comfort with something I can play my role. Yesterday I chat with my father, he said “whatever you want to do in your life do it… you have the age, we will be happy if you reach heights and we are there to support you at any cost”. Aapki Jindagi me tume jo karna chahte ho, vo karo. Green signal… All these incidents, knowledge escort to explode fire in me. Whatever may be the footpath core or management, my strength is Logic. I will do MBA (again, no Idea for what it is) 2013 batch, just to explore myself for two more years and will come with shined Logic. I’m sure, definitely I’ll return something to the society which may or may not help in building the nation. During this time and ever I’ll share love to my friends and my family.
Hello my friends, I need some sort of motivation and love especially from you, firmly to set this decision up.
Dated forever,
Anil G. Kumar

A nice story
Once there was an emperor in the Far East who was growing old and knew it was coming time to choose his successor. Instead of choosing one of his assistants or one of his own children, he decided to do something different.
He called all the young people in the kingdom together one day. He said, "It has come time for me to step down and to choose the next emperor. I have decided to choose one of you." The kids were shocked! But the emperor continued. "I am going to give each one of you a seed today. One seed. It is a very special seed. I want you to go home, plant the seed, water it and come back here one year from today with what you have grown from this one seed. I will then judge the plants that you bring to me, and the one I choose will be the next emperor of the kingdom!"
There was one boy named Ling who was there that day and he, like the others, received a seed. He went home and excitedly told his mother the whole story. She helped him get a pot and some planting soil, and he planted the seed and watered it carefully. Every day he would water it and watch to see if it had grown.
After about three weeks, some of the other youths began to talk about their seeds and the plants that were beginning to grow. Ling kept going home and checking his seed, but nothing ever grew. Three weeks, four weeks, five weeks went by. Still nothing.
By now others were talking about their plants but Ling didn't have a plant, and he felt like a failure. Six months went by, still nothing in Ling's pot. He just knew he had killed his seed. Everyone else had trees and tall plants, but he had nothing. Ling didn't say anything to his friends, however. He just kept waiting for his seed to grow.
A year finally went by and all the youths of the kingdom brought their plants to the emperor for inspection. Ling told his mother that he wasn't going to take an empty pot. But she encouraged him to go, and to take his pot, and to be honest about what happened. Ling felt sick to his stomach, but he knew his mother was right. He took his empty pot to the palace.
When Ling arrived, he was amazed at the variety of plants grown by all the other youths. They were beautiful, in all shapes and sizes. Ling put his empty pot on the floor and many of the other kinds laughed at him. A few felt sorry for him and just said, "Hey nice try."
When the emperor arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted the young people. Ling just tried to hide in the back. "My, what great plants, trees and flowers you have grown," said the emperor. "Today, one of you will be appointed the next emperor!"
All of a sudden, the emperor spotted Ling at the back of the room with his empty pot. He ordered his guards to bring him to the front. Ling was terrified. "The emperor knows I'm a failure! Maybe he will have me killed!"
When Ling got to the front, the Emperor asked his name. "My name is Ling," he replied. All the kids were laughing and making fun of him. The emperor asked everyone to quiet down. He looked at Ling, and then announced to the crowd, "Behold your new emperor! His name is Ling!" Ling couldn't believe it. Ling couldn't even grow his seed. How could he be the new emperor?
Then the emperor said, "One year ago today, I gave everyone here a seed. I told you to take the seed, plant it, water it, and bring it back to me today. But I gave you all boiled seeds which would not grow. All of you, except Ling, have brought me trees and plants and flowers. When you found that the seed would not grown, you substituted another seed for the one I gave you. Ling was the only one with the courage and honesty to bring me a pot with my seed in it. Therefore, he is the one who will be the new emperor!

The greatest invention
Feelings are in me, you and everyone, but who has the courage to express it?
You talk to a girl/boy every day
You like her/him
You admire at her/his beauty but still can’t express it, WHY?
Is it because you fear that you will lose her/his friendship
Or
Is it because you are not the right person for her/him
Or
Is it because you want to maintain your image among others?
It is very natural that we get attracted to some people in our lives but the fear of being rejected or the fear of being marked the bad boy puts an end to our feelings
I wonder, if I can create a machine to exchange feelings without talking or writing. If I succeed, I will own the patent for the most beautiful invention ever.
